At Honeycomb Aeronautical, we stand behind the quality of our flight simulation hardware and offer a 30-day return window for all products purchased through our official store. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully pack your flight controls and accessories in the original box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
